RED Hydrogen One holographic phone gets closer to release, as it passes the FCC

RED’s experimental phone, the Hydrogen One has just passed through the FCC, signaling that the device will soon go live.

The filing contains some images of the phone, as well as some details on specs. We already know the phone is Hydrogen One will arrive with a 5.7-inch display with 2,560 x 1,440 resolution. T-Mobile is one step closer to launching its live TV service

T-Mobile has officially completed its acquisition of Layer3 TV and has a new television team to work on and launch the Un-Carrier’s latest service.

In mid-December, T-Mobile took the mobile industry by storm when it announced that it’d be acquiring television provider Layer3 TV as part of a new effort to launch its own Internet-based live TV streaming service. Now, in late January, that acquisition has been completed.
