Updated YouTube Go app now available in over 130 countries

Bixby Voice expands to the UK, Canada, Australia and 200 other countries

Samsung’s Bixby Voice service has expanded to more than 200 countries — as long as you speak English.

Well, it’s finally happened, just not in the way many expected. U.S. bans laptops and tablets on flights from eight Middle East countries

Travelers from eight Muslim-majority countries are prohibited from carrying devices larger than a smartphone onboard U.S.-bound flights.

The Department of Homeland Security is rolling out new restrictions for carry-on items for U.S.-bound flights from eight Middle East countries. Electronic devices larger than a smartphone are prohibited from being carried onboard flights from nine airlines operating out of 10 airports in eight countries. Verizon debuts new $15 Unlimited Together plan with unlimited calling to select countries

Keeping in touch just got a little cheaper.

Verizon has a new plan option for people who make calls outside the U.S. dubbed Unlimited Together – World. The $ 15 monthly add-on provides unlimited voice calling minutes to landlines in over 70 countries and unlimited calling minutes to mobile numbers in over 40 countries. Additionally, rates are discounted for calls in over 160 other countries. Verizon’s VP of Marketing Rob Miller comments:

Samsung Pay now offers new payment options, expands to new countries

Samsung’s mobile payment service launched last year to offer users an intuitive and secure way to virtually pay anywhere physical credit cards were accepted. This week, the Korean tech giant has announced Samsung Pay has been updated to include a suite of new features. Samsung is also expanding its availability to a few new territories.
