Like a lot of folks, I’m looking forward to having a BlackBerry KEY2 I can call my own and keep until I wear a hole in it. It’s not going to set any Android sales records, but it is the right phone for me and that’s all that really matters. It’s going to be a great sequel to my KEYone and I have a feeling I’ll get just as much use from it.

Honor 6X hands-on preview: Great hardware desperately waiting for a software update

Honor is still attempting to make strides in the U.S., but is the 6X compelling enough?

You really have to hand it to Honor. The LG G3 shortcut buttons: Desperately seeking options

This was going to start out as a post telling you how to change the LG G3 button shortcuts to work with other apps and features when the phone’s sleeping. Only you can’t actually do that. The phone is locked to launching the camera by holding volume-down button, or Quick Memo if you hold volume-up.

Thing is, that’s all you can do. There are no other options. And that’s disappointing.
