Galaxy Note 4 with curved screen may turn out to be the ‘Galaxy Note Edge’

Samsung’s next-generation Note device, the Galaxy Note 4, is heavily rumored to be offered in two variants — a standard variant of a device like the one that was leaked earlier today, and a version with a three-sided curved display. While information on either version is scarce, Samsung recently filed a trademark for the Galaxy Note Edge, which may turn out to be what the device with the three-sided display is called.

Sprint plans to ‘Take the edge off’ in August

Your guess is as good as ours as to what this is, but Sprint plans to “Take the edge off” at an event Aug. 16 in New York City. That the “edge” is bolded possibly points to more network news, but new devices are certainly possible as well. The image we’ve received has “Ranger” in the name, which could mean everything. Or nothing.

HTC Edge could launch as early as April, may not be first Tegra 3 handset to market

New details about the HTC Edge have surfaced, indicating that HTC’s first quad-core powered phone may launch in April or May of 2012. The new release timeframe falls in line with HTC’s typical spring product cycle for handsets which make their debut at Mobile World Congress in February.
