The folks at Engadget have received an invitation to an “exclusive launch event” being put on by LG Mobile that will take place on December 1st. Though LG went to great lengths to hide any indication of the device in the image itself, they left the invitation image name as “LG Nitro.”

The wait is finally over. We think. Samsung Mobile US just sent out word that their media event with Google has been rescheduled to take place on October 19. Unfortunately the event is taking place in Hong Kong, so we are unable to attend on such short notice. But Google still plans to broadcast it live on youtube.com/android.
