Late last year Motorola announced that the company would start offering customers the option to use popular iFixit stores for on the spot repairs for Moto phones outside the factory warranty. Ultra Mobile expands unlimited calling to 80 plus destinations and closes in on 1 billion international minutes

The nationwide carrier Ultra Mobile has announced that it is expanding its unlimited calling plans to over 80 international locations. With this announcement, Ultra Mobile is expected to go from over 900,000,000 international minutes in the past 12 months to over one billion in 2019.

PlayStation Now expands to Spain, Italy, and more European countries

Sony has outlined plans to expand PlayStation Now into six new European regions in 2019.

Sony has unveiled a planned expansion of PlayStation Now, its cloud game streaming service for PlayStation 4 and Windows PCs. Since its 2014 debut, the service has hit 12 regions worldwide, spanning Europe, North America, and Asia. Six new European countries are now among the latest additions, amid growing industry-wide cloud investments.

Google Maps’ For You feature expands to iOS, 130 new countries for Android

For You is available in over 40 countries for iOS.

When Google Maps got its big visual refresh back in June, one of the new features it introduced was something called “For You.” For You is a section in Maps that recommends new places to check out based on your preferences, lets you know about new restaurants that open, and events happening in your area.

New Android Auto update expands messaging and media features

Google this week unveiled a new series of features for Android Auto to make it easier to view messages or search for music, books and podcasts while you’re on the move. As always Google says the new features add more convenience without sacrificing safety.

Project Fi expands international coverage to 170 markets

The app will also let you know if you’re covered for an upcoming trip.
