Matrix PowerWatch 2 features color display, GPS — still never needs charged

Matrix has returned to CES with an update version of its PowerWatch wearable. Called the PowerWatch 2, it evolves from a black-and-white display to a color one at 1.2-inches.

Like its predecessor, the PowerWatch 2 never needs to be plugged in for charging, relying on body heat (thermometrics) and solar power for juice. New Android Auto update expands messaging and media features
