Google to host Android Dev summit this November, Pixel 3 incoming?

Good news, Google fans! Your favorite tech giant this week announced it is bringing back its Android Dev summit this fall.

According to the company’s own website, the event will take place on November 7-8, 2018 and will be held at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, California.

Google says it has an incredible lineup of talks from the Android Engineering team and attendees will get unprecedented access to them.

Pokémon Go team leaders revealed, new pokémon and trading feature incoming!

At Comic-Con, CEO of Niantic John Hanke talked about the initial rollout of Pokémon Go and new features that will be making their debut in the coming years, including the addition of new pokémon and a trading feature that will allow players to trade pokémon. Google sending invites for September 29 event, new Nexus phones incoming

After months of rumors and speculation, we finally know the date on which we’ll get to see Google’s new Nexus smartphones. Google is sending invitations for an event that’s taking place at 9:00 am PT on September 29. Google says that it’ll show “some new treats” at the event and then let attendees spend some hands-on time with ‘em after the presentation.

LG trademarks “G4 Note”. New flagship incoming?

Matchstick’s Firefox OS streaming dongle is no more, refunds incoming

There’s some sad news today if you backed the Kickstarter project for Matchstick, a Firefox OS HDMI streaming dongle meant to compete with the Chromecast. The team behind the project, which isn’t affiliated with Mozilla, has provided an update on its Kickstarter page, noting that it has opted to refund backers after it ran into issues implementing DRM into Firefox OS.
