Five major banks now offer Android Pay integration inside their mobile apps

Bank of America, Discover, and USAA are among the first US-based banks to offer this feature.

Google has announced that some mobile banking apps will offer built-in Android Pay integration.

In the U.S., Bank of America, USAA, and Discover are among the first to offer this native functionality. Elsewhere in the world, customers with Bank of New Zealand and mBank, which is based in Poland, will see the ability added to their respective mobile banking apps.

Truecaller picks up huge update with Google Duo integration, payment support in India

Truecaller is doubling down in India.

Truecaller has announced that it is teaming up with Google to offer support for Google Duo from within its interface. The tie-in will boost the capabilities of Truecaller’s dialer, which will now offer the ability to make video calls via Google’s messaging client.

Samsung Pay officially rolls out in India with UPI and Paytm integration

Samsung Pay is now officially available in India.

After rolling out Samsung Pay early access a few weeks ago, Samsung has now officially launched its digital payments service in the country. Samsung has teamed up with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for payment processing, and Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI Cards and Standard Chartered Bank customers will be able to use Samsung Pay starting today. Citibank credit cards will soon be added to the platform.

Google adds Keep to G Suite with Docs integration

Keep joins the G Suite and integration into Docs.

Google announced today that it has added its notekeeping app Google Keep to its cloud-based G Suite. If you’ve got a G Suite-enabled account, you’ll now find Keep alongside your other G Suite apps in the G Suite menu. What’s more, Google has also added Keep integration right into Google Docs, so you can quickly consult and add note from Keep right into your Google Doc.
