LG has announced that its latest mid-range smartphone, the LG Zero, will start arriving this week in Taiwan, with several other markets in Asia, Europe, and Latin America to follow.

It’s expected that the augmented content, which will launch on both iOS and Android, will tie directly into the opening of The Force Awakens.

LG cancels launch of Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE, citing ‘hardware issue’

Less than a week after finally releasing the Watch Urbane 2nd Edition LTE, LG has halted the launch of the watch. In an email sent to Android Central from an LG representative, it was explained that during some quality assurance testing the company found an unnamed “hardware issue” that was deemed important enough to halt the launch of the watch.

LG is getting ready to launch its own mobile payment platform to rival Samsung Pay

LG has confirmed that it will launch its own mobile payment system, taking on Samsung Pay and Android Pay. The manufacturer has just partnered with Shinhan Card and KB Kookmin Card, two of the largest credit card companies in its home country.

TAG Heuer all set to launch $1,500 Carrera Connected smartwatch in the US

TAG Heuer CEO Jean-Claude Biver revealed in an interview with Switzerland’s Le Matin Dimanche that the Carrera Connected, its first smartwatch, will be unveiled in New York on November 9. The smartwatch will retail for $ 1,500, and will be available for sale in Europe starting November 12.

Facebook rumored to launch Notify app next week for fast news alerts

Huawei Mate 8 now poised for official launch on November 26
