Samsung is planning to bring Samsung Pay to China, Spain, and the UK at the start of 2016, after debuting in the US and South Korea on the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 edge. Samsung managed to process $ 30 million in transactions in South Korea during the first month of operation.

TAG Heuer all set to launch $1,500 Carrera Connected smartwatch in the US

TAG Heuer CEO Jean-Claude Biver revealed in an interview with Switzerland’s Le Matin Dimanche that the Carrera Connected, its first smartwatch, will be unveiled in New York on November 9. The smartwatch will retail for $ 1,500, and will be available for sale in Europe starting November 12.

Facebook rumored to launch Notify app next week for fast news alerts

Facebook may be close to launching yet another stand-alone app. A new report says that the app, called Notify, will be released sometime next week. It is supposed to send alerts to users for news stories, and Facebook has reportedly entered into partnerships for Notify with many major news and media outlets.

New Star Trek TV series to launch in Jan. 2017 on CBS All Access streaming service
