The Google Play Store has new minimum prices for paid apps in 17 countries

Developers of Android apps in 17 countries now have new minimum prices they can use for paid apps and in-app purchases sold through the Google Play Store. The company says this should give app developers in those countries some more flexibility when setting app and in-app prices.

Google has lowered the minimum purchase price for apps from its Google Play Store in India to Rs. 10, making apps even more affordable to users. As India continues to be a huge area of growth for the company, Google wanted to be sure to new audiences were able to be reached. Sprint’s guaranteeing a $200 minimum smartphone trade-in credit for T-Mobile switchers

Sprint‘s taking the fight straight to T-Mobile and is offering customers of the Un-carrier a guaranteed minimum trade-in credit of $ 200 for their current working T-Mobile smartphone. That’s in addition to the current contract buy-out offer (though T-Mobile ditched traditional contracts nearly two years ago) or up to $ 350 in credit to pay for their new Sprint phone.
