Moto X heading to Australia in the next few weeks

Great news for Australians who are still awaiting the launch of the Moto X since it seems Motorola have decided to release it down under in the next few weeks, a full seven months after the United States, and 2 months after the UK.

Republic Wireless rings up Moto G for April

Republic Wireless on Thursday announced the upcoming availability of the Moto G smartphone from Motorola. Priced at $ 149, the 8GB version of the handset is free of contract obligations and can be paired with plans that start as low as $ 5 per month. AT&T Moto X getting a new soak test soon

We’re pretty sure it has to be Android 4.4.2

Folks with an AT&T flavored Moto X (I hear it tastes like pickles) and have signed up for the Motorola Feedback network are getting invites for a new soak test this afternoon. While it’s called “an early preview of a new software release,” odds are that this is the Android 4.4.2 update like we’ve seen on other carriers already.
