Fallout C.H.A.T. turns your smartphone into a post-apocalyptic messaging device

Fallout 4 is coming out for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on November 10, and its publisher Bethesda Softworks is helping to promote it with the release of Fallout C.H.A.T. It’s a free app that basically turns your smartphone into a communications device straight out of the post-apocalyptic wasteland.
