LG G7 ThinQ pre-orders have surpassed G6 pre-orders in LG’s home country. The surge in pre-order sales is likely due to the new Google Assistant button, AI camera features, and the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC.

Best Buy opens pre-orders for HP’s 2-in-1 Chromebook

The machine costs $ 599.

Just a little over a month ago, HP announced the Chromebook x2 — a 2-in-1 Chromebook that can function as a traditional laptop or work as a 12.3-inch tablet thanks to a detachable keyboard.

Asus Chromebox 3 pre-orders are now live, pricing starts at $249

The Core i7 model will set you back $ 733.

This year’s CES saw a surprisingly strong presence for Chromeboxes. Acer’s CXI3 was among them, and it recently went up for pre-order earlier this month. Now, Asus’s Chromebox 3 is following suit.

Amazon Echo Spot coming to Canada on April 25 for $170, pre-orders now open

Spot the localization.

It took its sweet time coming to Canada, but Amazon’s diminutive Echo Spot is arriving north of the border on April 25 for $ 170 CAD. That’s a bit of a jump from the U.S. price of $ 130, but hey, exchange rates.

You’ll be able to save $ 100 off the cost of the Galaxy S9/S9+, provided you’re interested in picking up carrier-branded versions.

The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are iterative updates over last year’s flagships, but they do come with all-new cameras with adjustable apertures and a more sensible location for the fingerprint sensor. The Galaxy S9+ also has 6GB of RAM, 2GB more than last year.
