ARM’s Cortex-A75 and A55 cores are ready to power next-gen phones

ARM’s latest processors are built for machine learning and artificial intelligence.

ARM has unveiled its next-generation CPU cores, the Cortex-75 and the Cortex-A55. The Cortex-A75 will be aimed at the premium segment while the Cortex-A55 core will cater to the mid-range category.

Google rolls out ‘Street View ready’ program for 360-degree cameras from Samsung, GoPro, and more

Google’s Street View certification program lets you easily publish 360-degree content.

Google has announced a “Street View ready” program that makes it easier for customers using 360-degree cameras to capture and upload imagery to Street View. 20 cameras will be available over the coming months, including products from Samsung, GoPro, 360Fly, Insta360, Xiaomi’s Yi Technology, and others.

Google is ready to spend a billion dollars to give the Pixel a curved display

Google is looking to better compete with Samsung by partnering with LG on displays.

Google is ready to spend close to $ 1 billion — around $ 880 million at today’s exchange rate — to LG Display to produce curved OLED panels for its next Pixel phones, according to Korea’s Electronic Times (via Reuters).
