iPhone 4S and Galaxy Nexus

The Munich Regional Court in Germany has rejected Apple’s latest attempt to block sales of two Android-powered Samsung devices, namely the Galaxy Tab 10.1N and Galaxy Nexus.

Verizon has just announced their operating results for the final quarter of 2011. Big Red saw a $ 2.02 Billion loss due largely in part to a $ 3.4 Billion pension revaluation charged in the quarter. The loss is down from a $ 2.64 Billion profit in the Q4 2010.

United States District Judge Lucy Koh issued a ruling late on Friday that denied Apple’s request to halt sales of four Samsung Galaxy devices in the US. The ban would have immediately stopped sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1 and three Galaxy smartphones in the US. In the ruling, Judge Koh indicated that:
