Wireless customers were most satisfied with and likely to recommend T-Mobile in 2017.

AT&T rated lowest in customer satisfaction for 2nd year in a row


It doesn’t seem to be a good time to be AT&T. J.D. Power and Associates consumer satisfaction study ranks top smartphone makers


Twice a year J.D. Power and Associates publishes its US Wireless Handset Customer Satisfaction Studies report, which gives us a look at what phones consumers like the most.
