The long day of updates marches on, with the HTC ThunderBolt the latest receipient. Nothing more than bugfixes in Build 2.11.605.9, but they include:
Resolved issue with Contact ringtones Improvements to notification volume Updated local streaming playback mechanism when network connection is not available Updated Twitter API for Peep/Friendstream Clock app included in All Apps list Improvements in Exchange ActiveSync
Head into Settings>Software update to snag it now.
Finally, the Gingerbread update for the HTC ThunderBolt (that’d be the one we told you about this morning) is once again pushing out. This is the second time Gingerbread’s headed to the ThunderBolt; it was pulled earlier because of some bugs, including by not limited to voicemail.

It’s been a few weeks since Verizon first released the Gingerbread update for the HTC ThunderBolt, only to pull it without official explanation. (Hint: Things were borked.) Looks like the updates set to roll out again, though, with an updated support PDF now live. There’s no mention of “things been fixed,” so let’s just hope that things been fixed.
