Monument Valley is free on the Play Store in certain countries

The United States and Canada need not apply.

The first Monument Valley made its debut on Android in 2014, and despite its age, is still a ton of fun to play in 2018. Its sequel was finally released this past November so that fans could jump back into the beautiful puzzle-solving world, but if you’ve never experienced the magic that ustwo games created with Monument Valley, now might be the time to do it.

Monument Valley 2 is available for pre-registration in the Play Store

Users can now pre-register for the next Monument Valley game.

Since its release, Monument Valley has been known as one of the best puzzle games on iOS and Android. The game centers around moving a character through a living M.C. Escher painting and isn’t subject to in your face advertisement or micro transactions like most mobile games.

Xiaomi’s global head Hugo Barra is leaving the company.

In a Facebook post, Xiaomi global VP Hugo Barra announced that he was leaving the company to return to Silicon Valley. Barra left Google in 2013 to head up Xiaomi’s global unit, and in the three years since, he was instrumental in Xiaomi’s growth overseas. Land’s End, the Monument Valley team’s next game, is now live for Samsung Gear VR

The team behind the acclaimed mobile game Monument Valley, Ustwo Games, have finally released their next project, Land’s End. The game, which was first announced over a year ago, is now available as an exclusive for the Samsung Gear VR headset via the Oculus store.
