This is how the pop-up selfie camera works on the Vivo NEX

The Vivo NEX’s front-facing camera is one of the coolest things we’ve seen in years.

Vivo may not be that well-known here in the U.S., but on June 12, the company unveiled what’s easily one of the most interesting phones we’ve seen in 2018. The Vivo NEX is the closest we’ve gotten so far to a truly “bezel-less” smartphone, and to achieve this, Vivo did something awfully unique with the front-facing camera.

New and improved.

The Ecovacs Deebot N79S robotic vacuum cleaner is down to $ 179.98 with code FPCIH96U on Amazon. That price is by far the lowest we’ve ever seen this vacuum go and probably won’t last very long.

We have shared deals on the previous generation, the Deebot N79, before. The difference is a pretty big improvement. The N79S adds a Max Power function, which increases the suction by 50% when you need it. It also  [Read More…]

Think of the service as a sort of messenger. Maybe you would tell your little brother or sister to go ask mom something when you were kids; IFTTT is like your little brother or sister and will carry a message  [Read More…]

Reply is still in beta, and if you want to download it, you’ll need to sideload the APK file as it isn’t available on the Play Store. Assuming you’re comfortable doing this and have a phone running Android 7.0  [Read More…]

Last April, Google surprised a lot of us by announcing it was working on a built-in ad-blocker for Google Chrome. We got an update a few months later in December saying that the ad-blocker would be released at some point in February of 2018, and now on February 15, the feature is ready for prime time.

As we already knew, Chrome’s ad-blocker will filter and hide any advertisements it detects on websites that don’t follow the Better Ads  [Read More…]

These rumors were quickly shut down, but a few months later, it would appear that a Mi Mix 2S is, in fact, in the works.

Jigsaw Story: A good puzzle simulator that works best on bigger screens (review)

In all the game genres available in the Play Store, sometimes you may want to game in a much more chill, passive way. No quick reflexes. No bells, whistles, and music blaring at you. No multi-level story line or myriad of villains and their evil armies to survive. Something like, say a puzzle. A jigsaw […]
