The U.S. government is delaying its Huawei ban for another three months

The ban will now come into effect on February 16, 2020.

What you need to know It has been nearly six months now since Huawei was added to the U.S. Entity List. The ban effectively forbids the company from having any dealings with U.S. companies. Following two previous reprieves, the company is being granted another 90-day stay on the ban.

U.S. may delay Huawei trade ban for another six months

An extension will make it possible for U.S. companies to do “some transactions” with Huawei.

What you need to know As per a new report, the Commerce Department may soon grant a six-month reprieve that will allow U.S. firms to do business with Huawei. The current temporary general license, which was granted in August, is set to expire on November 18. U.S. firms are expected to receive licenses to trade with Huawei “very shortly.”

Another rocket has taken out part of the Fortnite map

What just happened?

What you need to know Another rocket has gone off in Fortnite, and combined with the meteor, sparked what looked to be a massive rift across the game. After lifting every player off of the map, players were thrown into a rift and teleported into a black screen. For now, no new map has been revealed, with Fortnite now possibly down until the start of Season 11.
