PlayStation Network appears to be down right now (update)

Many users are having issues connecting at the moment.

What you need to know PlayStation Network appears to be down for many users. A majority of the complaints are coming from PlayStation users in the U.K. or other parts of Europe. Sony has not ackowledged the problem on its official status page yet.

PC gamers might get to play one of Sony’s biggest PlayStation 4 exclusives soon.

What you need to know A listing for a PC version of Horizon Zero Dawn showed up on Amazon France earlier today. A prior report indicated that Horizon Zero Dawn would be coming to PC. Sony is also directly publishing Predator: Hunting Grounds on PC.

Service appears to be restored across most U.S. carriers

Everything’s broken.

Updated 2:27 PM ET: A couple of hours after this outage began, things seem to have calmed down. AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and Straight Talk all have substantially less reports flowing in. Things have also settled a bit with Verizon, but as of 2:09 PM ET, there were still 1146 outage reports.

Got Android? You can wishlist the “Xbox Game Streaming” app ahead of home console streaming, and Project xCloud!

It appears The Last of Us Part II won’t have multiplayer modes after all

It appears The Last of Us Part II won’t include multiplayer, despite the first game featuring multiplayer and the co-directors confirming it would return.

Vivo Nex 3 with extremely curved ‘Waterfall Screen’ appears in teaser video

The Vivo Nex 3 will reportedly have a 99.6% screen-to-body ratio.

What you need to know Vivo has released a new promo video on Weibo, teasing its upcoming Nex phone. The phone will come with “waterfall” curved glass on the front and a circular camera bump on the back. Vivo is expected to take the wraps off the Next 3 5G in China next month.

Google appears to be working on Windows 10 certification for its Pixelbook

It appears Google is working on adding a little Microsoft flavor to its flagship Chromebook.

Google’s Pixelbook is considered to be its flagship device for Chrome OS, but it could soon have a little Microsoft DNA sprinkled in as well. XDADevelopers has spotted increasing evidence that Google is working on getting the Pixelbook certified to run Windows 10, paving the way for users to work with Microsoft’s OS as an alternative on Google’s own hardware.
