You might need a workaround if you want to play Naughty Dog’s latest in a couple of countries.

What you need to know The Last of Us Part II is not available on the PlayStation Saudi Arabia or United Arab Emirates storefronts. Google now asking staff in EU, Africa, and Middle East to also stay home

The company had already asked all of its North American employees to work from home, if possible.

YouTube Premium and Music expand to 8 new countries in the Middle East

YouTube Music is now in over 70 countries.

What you need to know YouTube Premium and Music have expanded to eight new countries in the Middle East. In total, that makes over 70 countries with access to YouTube Music (which is more than Google Play Music ever had). The new countries are Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudia Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

U.S. bans laptops and tablets on flights from eight Middle East countries

Travelers from eight Muslim-majority countries are prohibited from carrying devices larger than a smartphone onboard U.S.-bound flights.

The Department of Homeland Security is rolling out new restrictions for carry-on items for U.S.-bound flights from eight Middle East countries. Electronic devices larger than a smartphone are prohibited from being carried onboard flights from nine airlines operating out of 10 airports in eight countries. Encrypted chat app Signal adds domain fronting to bypass censorship in the Middle East

Signal is now routing its traffic through Google’s CDNs.

Open Whisper Systems — makers of the encrypted chat app Signal — found out that the Egyptian government had blocked access to the app earlier this week. The company has now rolled out an update to Signal that circumvents government censorship through a technique called domain fronting.

HTC One M9 now receiving Android 5.1 update in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa

Following yesterday’s announcement, HTC has started rolling out the Android 5.1 Lollipop update — coming in at 831.88MB — to the One M9 in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
