LG G6 hint suggests Pixels will be the only premium phones without waterproofing

You probably shouldn’t use water for that burn, Google.

The folks at LG are really going crazy with the daily hints leading up to the official announcement of the G6. In the past we’ve seen shadowed devices with blurbs, but this year we get brightly colored cards sent to each major tech blog willing to play this silly game with them.

Today’s Google event was playful and personal, with just a hint of Apple picking

We saw something new from Google today, and I’m not talking about gadgets.

Tech events usually come in two flavors. You get the sterile, bland demonstration of the capabilities of whatever is being announced, or you get an absolute trainwreck with demo fails and horrible attempts at being relatable. Motorola reinvents Bluetooth earbuds

The Moto Hint is Motorola’s latest accessory. It’s a Bluetooth earbud that breaks out of the mold, takes the awkward and very geeky Bluetooth headset and tries to turn it into something you’ll want to use, because it looks as good as it works.

Not that Motorola has made a breakthrough with the way a Bluetooth headset (to clarify — we’re talking about a single-ear device used for calls and voice actions,  [Read More…]
