First CyanogenMod 13 nightlies now bringing Marshmallow to select phones

CyanogenMod has announced that the first nightly builds of CyanogenMod 13 (CM13), based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, are now available for download.

Cyanogen announces CM12 nightlies based on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop

The Cyanogen team stated that there would be “something special” in store for the new year, which as it turns out is the announcement of nightly builds of CyanogenMod 12, which is based on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop. The first rollout of CM12 nightlies is set to commence soon, although the team notes that work on the M release (milestone snapshot, more stable than a nightly but potentially some issues) is 85 percent complete as of now.

CyanogenMod 11 M12 rolls out, Lollipop-based CM12 nightlies hitting next month

The team at Cyanogen Inc. pushed out what seems to be the final update in the Android 4.4.4 KitKat-based CyanogenMod 11 series, the M12. The highlight in the update is the incorporation of security patches against the POODLE vulnerability in SSLv3, along with improvements for multi-SIM users. Firefox nightlies for Android have switched to native UI builds
