Ubisoft has delayed its entire slate of upcoming games past April 2020

If you were excited for literally any of Ubisoft’s upcoming games, you’ll need to wait longer to play them.

What you need to know Ubsioft is one of the largest video game publishers in the world. Ubisoft has announced that Gods & Monsters, Watch Dogs: Legion and Rainbox Six Quarantine have been delayed. Baidu edges past Google to become the world’s No.2 smart speaker vendor

In the second quarter of 2018, Google was the world’s biggest smart speaker vendor.

What you need to know Chinese search giant Baidu has become the world’s second larger smart speaker manufacturer. According to data from Canalys, Baidu shipped 4.5 million smart speakers in Q2 2019, 0.2 million more than Google. Amazon was the world’s biggest smart speaker vendor in Q2 2019.

Google confirms ‘Works with Nest’ program will live on past August 31

New recipes won’t be able to be created after the August 31 date.

What you need to know Works with Nest third-party integrations will continue to work after August 31, 2019. After August 31, no new recipes will be able to be added to the Works with Nest program. Google is working to add the popular features from WWN to its Works with Google Assistant program.

Huawei leaps past Apple to become the second-largest smartphone company in the world (for now)

Huawei is the second-largest smartphone manufacturer in the world.

The latest data from market research firm Counterpoint Research shows Huawei overtaking Apple to become the second-largest smartphone manufacturer in the world. Strong sales in June and July allowed the Chinese manufacturer to inch past Apple, but with a major iPhone launch on the cards next week, Huawei’s position in the rankings could turn out to be short-lived. Nevertheless, it is a big deal for Huawei.
