New Huawei bans are in limbo because of disagreement in the Trump administration.

What you need to know The U.S. Commerce Department was set to put new bans on the sale of U.S. technology to Huawei. Stellaris: Galaxy Command steals Halo 4 artwork, pulled down temporarily

A new mobile game from Paradox Interactive has been pulled because fans noticed some similarities to another game’s art.

What you need to know Stellaris: Galaxy Command is a spin on the popular strategy game Stellaris. Players noticed that the game was using artwork taken from Halo 4. The game has been taken offline temporarily to remove this artwork. Paradox Interactive issued an apology on Twitter.

The latest Galaxy S10 update gets pulled after causing devices to freeze

If your phone is affected, turning off Wi-Fi may help resolve some of the issues.

What you need to know After many users have reported issues, update XXU1ASE5 for the Galaxy S10 models has been pulled. Issues include the phone or apps freezing, an unresponsive power button, and the fingerprint sensor not responding. Some report that disabling Wi-Fi can help but a factory reset does not.

Fenix pulled from Google Play after hitting Twitter token limit

Fenix, a popular third-party Twitter app for Android, has been pulled from the Google Play Store after hitting Twitter’s token limit. Token restrictions limit the number of users that a third-party Twitter app can have.

The official Fenix account announced the move on Twitter:

Unfortunately, starting from yesterday, Fenix cannot be used by any more new users (due to the infamous Twitter tokens limitation).

Gmail’s ‘mic drop’ pulled as minion GIFs infiltrate work emails

It’s all fun and games until a GIF loses you your job.

Perhaps Google should’ve seen this one coming. For April Fools Day, that annual celebration of brand desperation, Google’s Gmail team debuted the “Mic Drop” feature. A bright orange button next to the regular send button would let you send your message and attach a little GIF of a minion dropping the mic.

The 16GB OnePlus 2 gets pulled from U.S. and European online stores

The 16GB version of the OnePlus 2 smartphone is no longer for sale in the U.S. and Europe. The company has confirmed it has permanently pulled that version of its smartphone from its online stores in those markets.

Sega has pulled three of its Android games from circulation

Android device owners now have three less games to download from the Google Play Store, thanks to Sega removing them from circulation.

As Sega promised they would do last week, the company has now removed three of its older mobile games made for Android from the Google Play Store.

The Cyanogen OS 12 software update for the OnePlus One has been halted temporarily due to the company wanting to add a new “OK OnePlus” feature for its owners.
